How do I order from Crocs Heaven?
Ordering from us couldn't be easier. Just choose your Crocs, select your size and click the "Add to basket" button. If it is the first time you have shopped with us you will need to give us your name, address, phone number and email address so that we send you your order and contact you to let you know it is on its way. Don't worry, we'll never pass on your details to anyone else. You can have your order delivered to a different address from your invoice address if it makes life easier for you. If you have shopped with us before you can just log in using your email address and password and all your details will have been saved from last time. At the checkout you can pay using a credit or debit card. We use Paypal to process our payments securely for us but you don't need a Paypal account to use it. If you have any problems with the checkout please call us on 01424 715321, we are here between 9am and 5pm.
How quickly will you send my order?
All of our orders are sent within one working day so your Crocs will be with you before you know it. Our UK orders are sent free by first class post (Royal Mail aim to deliver these within 1-3 working days*). All international orders are sent by airmail. Royal Mail aim to deliver to Europe in 3-6 working days and the rest of the world in 7-10 working days*.
* Delivery times cannot be guaranteed but are an indication of usual delivery times.
My Crocs haven't arrived.
We post all orders within one working day and email you to let you know they are on the way. In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn't arrive please first contact your Royal Mail delivery office. If the postman tried to deliver your Crocs when you were out they will have been taken back to the delivery office and will be kept there for three weeks. Sometimes the postman doesn't leave a card or it gets misplaced. If they haven't arrived after 15 working days (20 days for Europe and 25 days for the rest of the world) we can report them as missing and will send you a replacement pair.
Can I change my Crocs if they don't fit?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Crocs we are always happy to offer a full refund or exchange.
The Crocs must be returned as new, unworn and with all the original packaging and labels intact. Please also send us your Crocs Heaven receipt.
Postage costs for returned goods will be paid for by the customer.

Crocs are made from Croslite™ but what is it?
Croslite™ is a proprietary Closed Cell Resin material which is NOT plastic NOR rubber. Croslite™ material is closed-cell in nature and anti-microbial, which virtually eliminates odor. It is an extraordinary impact absorbing resin material developed for maximum cushioning. Its closed cell properties resist odor, inhibit bacterial and fungal growth and are nontoxic. This versatile material can be worn next to skin and be cleaned with just soap and water.

How do I care for my Crocs™ shoes?
Fit: to adjust your Crocs™ shoes, grasp the heel strap with both hands on either side of the "Crocs" wording and gently stretch outwards from the middle until it retains the desired fit.
Clean: keep your Crocs™ shoes clean by rinsing them with cold water and soap, or to bring them back to their original luster, try crocsbutter. Do NOT put your Crocs in the dishwasher or washing machine.
Heat: do not expose your Crocs™ shoes to extreme heat or intense sunlight for an extended period of time. Due to the unique nature of the Croslite™ material, high temperatures can cause them to warp.
Grip: Crocs™ shoes are known for their great grip but like any performance tire, when the tread becomes worn, their grip becomes compromised. That's when you know it's time to treat yourself to a new pair.
What is the difference between the Beach and Cayman model?
The Beach was Crocs original and wildly successful model. However, because it comes in only six sizes, it didn't fit the "between" sizes perfectly. So Crocs introduced the Cayman model to address the "tweener" issue. The Cayman comes in individual sizes from children's 4-5 through to adult 13. It also has a slightly narrower foot bed. The Cayman is the perfect comfort shoe for all sizes, "tweener" or not! The main difference in the two shoes is that the Cayman comes in whole number sizes while the Beach model is sized XS through 4XL.
