Contract
You will receive an e-mail to confirm that you have placed an order with us. This does not yet imply a contract of sale.
A contract exists between us when we e-mail you that your order status is completed. At this point we have accepted your order and are prepared to ship the goods.

Law and Jurisdiction
Any contract for your purchase from Shoecharms Ltd is governed by and has to be interpreted under the Law of England and Wales, and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Delivery
We offer free delivery on all items to the UK. Delivery costs to Europe are shown at the checkout. In the normal course of business we aim to despatch your parcel within 24 hours of you placing your order. Please allow extra time for delivery in busier periods.

Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that you should receive any of our Crocs with a fault we will either replace the Crocs or offer a full refund where the first option is not available.
You agree that a full refund is the limitation of our liability to you with regards to any of the products we resell on our site. You agree that any other type of claim or complaint with regards to the individual products will be taken up directly with the makers of the products. All products have makers name listed on the detail page.

Cancellation and Returns
You have the right to cancel any order without reason within 7 days of placing your order. Please let us know at the earliest opportunity by emailing mail@crocsheaven.com

We accept returns if you are not happy with your purchase. Any returns must be made within 7 days of you receiving your goods.

If we have already shipped your order, and you have taken delivery, you agree that you will be responsible for any costs associated in returning the goods to us. Returned goods must be received in a new and unused condition for a refund to be applied. We recommend you obtain a free proof of posting with any returns.

For Crocs sizing please refer to the size charts below but bear in mind the following advice:
Crocs should not fit like other shoes:

They should fit very loosely.
The sides of your foot should not really touch the sides of the Crocs
Your toes should never make contact with the front of the shoe.
Once you have centered your foot on the foot-bed:
You should have about a 1/4 to 1/2 inch of space in front of your toes, behind your heel and when you lift the strap you should be able to comfortably get your finger between the strap and heel.
No pressure points ever!

In other words the fit should be "loose". We know that this goes against everything that you have ever been used to in a shoe, but these are the parameters that the shoe was designed to be worn under.

To ensure that the strap is not pulling your foot into the front of the shoe, rotate the strap forward and determine if your foot rests comfortably in the foot bed and there is room all around your foot. If so, you have the proper size but the strap is too short.

To alleviate this issue, work your fingers around the strap and stretch it as you go around being careful not to put excessive pressure on the rivet hole. Stretch the strap until it is just short of the back edge of the shoe. The resin material has memory and will stay at the proper length after one or two of these types of adjustments.�

You can print off a measuring chart using the link below which you can use to measure your foot to help decide on the best size for you. Make sure you print it at 100% (no page scaling) and in landscape not portrait. If you have printed it correctly, the scale will measure 4 inches long (10 cms). We recommend printing it in draft to help save your ink!
